Super Bowl Swearing: Will Joe Flacco’s Live F-Bomb Draw an FCC Fine? (VIDEO)

Joe Flacco Super Bowl XLVII Super Bowl Swearing: Will Joe Flaccos Live F Bomb Draw an FCC Fine? (VIDEO)Ravens quarterback Joe Flacco just won the Super Bowl so you’ll have to forgive him if he’s a little excited.

Still, the SB XLVII MVP dropped a live F-bomb after last night’s victory over the San Francisco 49ers that could very well result in an FCC fine for CBS.

CBS cameras caught Flacco swearing after the Ravens big win during a post-game exchange with lineman Marshal Yanda, who also swore.

Yanda said to Flacco, “Holy s—, huh?

Flacco responded, “F—— awesome!”

Will CBS be fined? It depends on whether or not viewers complain.

According to the Los Angeles Times, the FCC doesn’t issue a fine unless there are complaints from viewers. Not every CBS station that carried the Super Bowl will be in jeopardy. Flacco’s F-bomb happened after 10 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.

The FCC’s so-called “indecency rules” run from 6 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST.
