A tractor trailer has overturned and is now blocking all northbound lanes of the highway.
Northbound I-95 is now closed and traffic is being rerouted.
It is unclear exactly how the tractor trailer overturned and traffic was originally being diverted on the shoulder to get around the crash, but officials have now closed all northbound lanes of the highway.
