Ricky Horton Police Charge Ricky Horton in After Hours Club ShootingBaltimore City police have charged a 26-year-old man in the after hours club shooting in January that left one man dead and others wounded, according to the Baltimore Sun.

Ricky Horton has been formally charged in the death of Sean Rhodes, 25, who was one of three individuals shot on January 13 at the Ras-a-Ter International Restaurant and Club on North Avenue.

Horton has been hit with first degree murder and assault charges.

The shooting took place at around 5:30 a.m. EST as people left the club.

Timothy Fraser, the night club’s owner, has also been charged with operating the restaurant as an illegal bar, failing to have a licensed security company on site, and violating capacity limits – all misdemeanors.

He may face up to one year in jail.
