A police chase on Sunday morning came to an end with driver crashed his vehicle into the Susquehanna River in York County, PA.
Police say the driver of the car was Raymond Kallenberger, 23, of Edgewood, Maryland.
Authorities received initial reports of an erratic driver driving on a flat tire and later determined that the car was stolen.
Kallenberger then led police on a high-speed chase along I-83 that lasted about 23 minutes.
Police say the green minivan driven by Kallenberger – which belonged to Victory Cabs in Bel Air, MD – crashed into the Susquehanna around the Goldsboro Marina. Kallenberger was wanted on charges related to an armed robbery and carjacking in Maryland, according to police.
Kallenberger was naked when he was pulled from the river and was subsequently taken to the York Hospital for treatment of hypothermia.
He has been charged with two counts of aggravated assault, one count of receiving stolen property, two counts of reckless endangering, one count of fleeing and eluding, two counts of DUI, and one count of reckless driving.
