Former Ravens CB Cary Williams has signed a 3-year, $17 million deal with the Philadelphia Eagles.
The new contract includes a guaranteed $10.5 million, according to sources.
Williams played in all 16 games for the Ravens last season. The only other defensive player to do so was Ed Reed, who is visiting with the Houston Texans today.
Williams had the first four interceptions of his career with the Ravens in 2012, and tacked on two more during their postseason march to the NFL championship.
Reports indicated that Williams, 28, turned down a $15 million extension from the organization before the start of last season.
