At about 5:15 p.m. on Monday, crews were dispatched to the area for a report of a dwelling fire in the 4800 block of Woods Wharf Road.
When crews arrived on the scene, the home was about 25 percent engulfed in flames and a second alarm was sounded.
Two residents and one dog were displaced by the blaze, which is said to have caused about $100,000 in damages.
There were no injuries.
Investigators say there were no working smoke detectors in the home, but they have not yet determined what caused the fire.
