On May 1, detectives from the Anne Arundel County Police Department‘s Special Enforcement Section Vice Unit conducted an undercover prostitution operation in the Linthicum area hotel district.
The operation focused specifically on subjects attempting to solicit sexual services from prostitutes on the internet.
Undercover detectives posing as internet escorts made contact with and charged four individuals who attempted to solicit sexual services in exchange for money.
Arrested in the sting were 36-year-old Moshen Hamed M. Alharbi of Catonsville, 21-year-old Dennis Dinh-Le of Halethorpe, 36-year-old David Rashard Rice of Beltsville and 38-year-old Eric Martin Swann of Bowie.
All four individuals are now facing prostitution charges.
