Man charged with indecent exposure at Howard County Royal Farms

Royal Farms Man charged with indecent exposure at Howard County Royal FarmsPolice in Howard County have arrested a man from Delaware for an indecent exposure and second-degree assault at a Royal Farms store there.

The incident took place at the Royal Farms on Lark Brown Road.

On Monday, a women was involved in a minor accident in the store’s parking lot. She told police that, as she was standing next to her vehicle, a man in the parking lot called her over to his car.

When she approached the window of the other vehicle, the man grabbed the woman’s hand and pulled her into the window and exposed himself to her.

The woman screamed and the man fled the scene in his car, but the other driver involved in the accident jotted down his license plate number.

Howard County Police subsequently arrested 35-year-old Robert William Beattie and charged him with second-degree assault and indecent exposure.
