Robbery Anne Arundel police investigating 2 Glen Burnie robberiesPolice in Anne Arundel County are busy investigating two separate Glen Burnie robberies.

At around 8 a.m. ET on Monday morning, officers responded to the 1600 block of Pleasantville Drive for a report of a robbery.

An 18-year-old man said that at about 10 p.m. Sunday night, three men approached his vehicle as he was parked near Hidaway Loop and Hidden Brook Drive.

Two of the suspects opened his passenger side door and entered his vehicle. The victim says one of the suspects was holding a gun as he and a second suspect got in. A third suspect then stood outside the vehicle and fired one round before fleeing the scene.

The robbers demanded money and, after the victim complied, the too fled.

The suspects are described as three black men in their 20s standing about 6′ tall.

In a second incident, officers responded to the 7800 block of Winborne Drive at 1 a.m. Tuesday for a report of a robbery.

A 22-year-old man told authorities that two men with guns approached him in a parking lot, took his cash, cellphone and bottle of liquor.

The culprits then tried to enter the victim’s vehicle, but the victim fled on foot. The thieves also then fled the area.

The robber is described as a black man in his 20s, about 5’10” tall, weighing150 pounds, wearing a black ski mask, a hooded sweatshirt, black pants and black boots.

The second robber is described as a black man in his 20s, about 5’9″ tall, weighing 140 pounds, wearing a black ski mask, a short sleeve shirt with a long sleeve black shirt underneath and jeans.
