Maryland tolls go up at bridges, tunnels and roads

E ZPass Toll Maryland tolls go up at bridges, tunnels and roadsTolls went up on Monday across the state of Maryland.

The new rates went into effect at 12:01 a.m. ET.

Cars paying cash at the Harbor Tunnel, Fort McHenry Tunnel and the Key Bridge will now pay $4, up from $3.

On the Chesapeake Bay Bridge and Gov. Harry W. Nice Memorial Bridge, toll rates increased from $4 to $6.

On I-95 and the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge, tolls went from $6 to $8.

Toll rates also went up for those using E-ZPass.

Rates went from $0.75 to $1.40 for the Harbor Tunnel, Fort McHenry Tunnel and the Key Bridge.

On the Bay Bridge and Gov. Harry W. Nice Memorial Bridge, E-ZPass tolls went from $1 to $2.10.

On I-95 and the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge, E-Z Pass tolls went from $1.50 to $2.80.
