Edgewood Townhouse Fire Townhouse fire in Edgewood displaces 13EDGEWOOD – Thirteen people were displaced by a fire in Edgewood on Saturday, according to the Joppa-Magnolia Volunteer Fire Company.

At about 8:45 p.m. ET, fire crews responded to the 1700 block of Judy Way for a report of a kitchen fire.

Responding firefighters saw fire coming from the rear of the three-story home.

Firefighters were able to put out the blaze within about 30 minutes.

The fire caused major damage to the home and also caused minor damage to a home next door.

Investigators are now trying to determine what caused the fire.

No one was injured in the incident.

A disaster assistance group responded to help the 13 people displaced by the blaze.
