Money Laundering Perry Hall bank teller pleads guilty to money laundering for drug dealerPERRY HALL – A former teller at the M&T Bank branch located in Perry Hall pleaded guilty on Tuesday to laundering money.

The teller had been laundering money for the head of a drug ring over a two-year period, according to Perry Hall Patch.

Court documents show that Sabrina Nicole Fitts took a one percent “transaction fee” to convert small bills to $100 bills for Deanna Bailey, who had been transporting 500 pounds of marijuana from the southwest to the state of Maryland.

During that time, Fitts took at least $5,000 in fees for laundering the drug money.

Fitts will be sentenced in December, while Bailey will be sentenced in January.
