BALTIMORE – Firefighters in Baltimore City were busy on Thursday battling a fire in the Radnor-Winston community.

At about 1 p.m. ET, fire crews responded to the 5100 block of Underwood Road in northern Baltimore for a report of a house fire.

At the scene, emergency personnel found a two-story duplex in flames.

Early reports indicate that two residents have been rescued, one of whom is said to be in cardiac arrest.

EMS is currently trying to resuscitate the homeowner at this hour.
